Stop by All People Coffee in East Nashville
If you’ve driven through East Nashville’s Cleveland Park, you’ve probably seen the guitar mural by Kim Radford at Douglas Market Lofts. The bright beautiful exterior is the perfect home for the neighborhood coffee shop All People Coffee.
The owners intended for the shop to be a place that brings all people together, and that’s definitely what you feel when you’re inside. People from the neighborhood are constantly stopping in to grab a cup of coffee, work from their laptops, and meet up with friends and co-workers. I’ve found that it’s a great place to go when I need to focus and get work done.
Besides coffee, you can also try out the self-service beer on tap or order something from the wine menu.
During my first visit to All People Coffee, the shop had recently opened, and it already felt like a neighborhood staple. Now, that I’ve been back multiple times, I can confirm that it really has become part of the fabric of the community.
There are always cars parked along the street outside the coffee shop, and on weekend mornings, you’ll see people walking around the nearby streets carrying their cups of coffee. There is some limited parking available back behind the shop, which I’d suggest checking first before parking along the street.
